These terms of service ("Terms", "Agreement") are an agreement between the website ("Website operator", "us", "we" or "our") and you ("User", "you" or "your"). This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of this website and any of its products or services (collectively, "Website" or "Services").

Step 1: Temporary Online Registration Form
  • Complete the  Online Enrollment Form. CLICK HERE
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information as requested on the form.
  • Once you have successfully submitted the form, you will receive a confirmation email with a unique reference number.

After completing the online registration, prepare the following documents in advance:

  • Good Moral Certificate (original copy)
  • Recent Report Card (original copy)
  • Form 137 or Permanent Record (original copy)
  • Two (2) passport-sized (2×2) colored photos with a white background
  • Schedule an appointment for an in-person visit to the school’s Admissions Office. Contact us at +639305364977 or https://iaacademy@outlook.ph/ to book your visit. Please indicate your full name, contact details, and the preferred date and
  • time for your visit.

  • Arrive at the school premises on time and proceed to the Admissions Office.
  • Present your confirmation email with the unique reference number from the online registration.
  • Submit the original and photocopies of the required documents to the Admissions Officer.
  • Have your 2×2 photos ready for submission.
  • The Admissions Officer will review your documents, confirm the accuracy of the information, and answer any questions you may have.
